The present flagship company Kedia Brothers was incorporated in 1956 by Shri. Durga Prasad Kedia father of Shri Satish Kumar Kedia.

The group is managed by Shri Satish Kumar Kedia assisted along with his two sons Mr. Deepak Kumar Kedia and Mr. Vineet Kumar Kedia. The group has experience in various fields such as Exports, Imports, Forest Operation, Warehousing, Freight Forwarding, Retail Marketing. From a mere turnover of Rs. 3 Million, the present turnover is over Rs. 200 Million.

Kedia Brothers is member of various government recognized export promotion council. The firm has received 'Top Export Award' from Capexil and is a Star Trading House recognised by the Govt of India. Kedia (Agencies) imports various spices and chemical from all over the world and resells them in the local market in India. The company is also CNF Agents of reputed companies and has also diversified into the field of exports.

Kedia International is a Proprietorship firm mainly importing commodities and trading locally. Various  spices like Cloves, Cassia, Damar Batu, Gambier, Bettelnuts are imported from Sri Lanka, Madagascar, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, Bangkok. These are sold in the other cities mainly in Lucknow, Delhi, Orrisa, Assam, Manipur in India.
